Self Love in the Studio is meant to refill your cup and help you find your footing. We want to help you take care of you!
This season's Self Love in the Studio will include:
- a discussion and history of Sankulpas: navigating a healthy way to set intentions
- a 30 minute Slow Flow yoga practice
- Harmonics and Bija Mantra chanting - and creating mantras for ourselves
- Nadi Sodhana to rebalance through breath
and tea and essential oils.
We hope to give you tools to manifest a more tranquil you for the months ahead.
