Taught by two Brooklyn yoga teachers: Claire Baum and Janel Martir this 60min open level vinyasa class will have you moving mindfully, deeply breathing in new fresh air and maybe shedding a layer or two!

Our event will lead you through the following: 
 

Walking meditation - train yourself to walk with reverence with a foot-fall walking meditation. 
 

Restorative yoga poses with aromatherapy + massage - be guided into nourishing resting poses followed by a gentle temple massage for those who feel comfortable. 
 

Breath-work - learn and practice ball of light and parallel breathing to use when you need a steadying moment.
 

Seated Meditation - grounding meditation to close and seal our wellness practice

When we’re in nature, even our lovely city parks, we allow ourselves the permission and the space to slow down. This slowing down lets us shift and reconnect to sense of self or ‘being’ instead of ‘doing’. So join us this summer for a special self care event to practice self love and build community in nature!

Come celebrate the love you have for you and your friends whether they (or you) are single or not.

 

Galentine's Day is a day to shower your nearest and dearest, your support system, with love and attention... more than you do every other day!

 

This event will be 1/3 meditation, 1/3 self massage (release those tight jaws and shoulders) and 1/3 reiki.

Practice some nourishing selfcare, or gift attendance to a friend, sibling or mama to show them how much you love them and that they too deserve these moments of being held, cherished and supported.
