
Claire Baum
Claire Baum is a dancer, choreographer and ERYT-200 yoga teacher (from OM Factory). She teaches vinyasa, restorative and pre/ post natal group classes and privates - always adjusting class to best suit her student's needs. Claire's anatomically based classes have an innovative dance inspired approach to sequencing; she encourages autonomy inside the practice, which aims to cultivate a sense of accessibility, grounding and joy about moving your body. Claire has taught at gyms, boutique studios and in office and residential settings across NYC.


Janel Martir
Janel is a NYC-based yoga instructor, senior birth doula and reiki practitioner specializing in prenatal and postnatal holistic health and wellness. Her classes encourage meditative movement, mindful breathing and cultivating ease physically and mentally.


Hailey Kemp
Hailey Kemp is a Brooklyn based Teaching Artist, yogi, dancer, and movement enthusiast! She has been teaching various forms of movement including dance, yoga, fitness, and breathwork to people of all ages for seven years. She has a passion for helping people connect with their bodies and is on a mission to teach inclusively to all bodies. Coming from a dance background, Hailey's classes are always full of music, exploration, and will guide you deeper into your practice through play. She currently teaches all over Brooklyn at Creative Arts Studio, Y7, Pure Barre, Dancewave, and in NYC Public Schools with Together in Dance. When she isn't teaching or moving, she can usually be found with her head in a book.


Laura Neese
Laura Neese came to Pilates by way of dance, injury, and curiosity, and fell in love with the method as a way to understand one’s own body and support healthy movement. She works with individuals from a range of ages and movement backgrounds to develop not only strength and stability, but also strong, healthy relationships to their own bodies. She believes that good exercise feels good... and you can have fun doing it.
Laura holds a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from the Kane school of Core Integration at Kinected, MFA in Dance from the Ohio State University, and BFA & BA from SUNY Buffalo. Laura is also an active Dance Artist and Educator based in the New York City area, with teaching experience in community centers, K-12, and higher education. lauraneese.com
